Correct ’N’ Coat respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we receive through this website, why we receive it and how we handle it.

• You can browse this website without giving us any personal information.
• We only receive personal information when you choose to send it to us, for example through our quote form or by emailing us.
• We use it to respond to your enquiry and to quote for and provide our services.
• This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we ask for:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number
• your suburb
• your vehicle’s make, model and year
• the service you’re interested in
• your preferred contact method (optional)
• any other details you choose to include in your message (optional)

If you email us directly, we receive the information you include in your email, along with your email address.

Please don’t include sensitive information (such as health or financial details) in your message. We don’t need it to quote for our services.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to operate and secure the website. We don’t use this information to identify you or for marketing.

Information we don’t collect

The website doesn’t collect payment details, passwords, driver’s licence details or your precise location, and there are no customer accounts.

To help filter out spam, the quote form includes a hidden field that people don’t see and a check on how quickly the form was completed. These checks don’t collect any additional personal information about you.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to:

• respond to your enquiry
• assess the service you’ve asked about and prepare a quote
• contact you about your enquiry and the service you’ve requested
• arrange and provide the service if you decide to go ahead

We don’t use it for any other purpose.

How information is shared

When you submit the quote form, your enquiry is sent by email to our business inbox, info@cncdetailing.com.au. The website itself doesn’t keep a copy of your enquiry or store it in a customer database.

To do this, we use two service providers:

• Vercel, which hosts this website. Your enquiry is processed on Vercel’s servers when you submit the form.
• Resend, an email delivery service, which sends your enquiry to our inbox.

Your enquiry is then kept in our business email, which is hosted by our email provider. Apart from these services, we don’t share the information you send us with other businesses. We may disclose information if we’re required to by law.

Information processed outside Australia

Vercel and Resend are based in the United States, so the information in your enquiry may be processed on servers outside Australia, including in the United States and Japan.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t currently use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, chat widgets, embedded maps or other third-party tracking tools. The fonts and images on the website are served from the website itself rather than from third parties.

If this changes, we’ll update this policy.

How we protect information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. The quote form checks your details before they’re sent, the website doesn’t store your enquiry, and our records of your enquiry are kept in our business email.

However, no method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee the security of information you send to us.

How long we keep information

We keep your enquiry and our related correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide our services and keep appropriate business records. If you’d like us to delete your enquiry, please contact us.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct information that’s inaccurate, out of date or incomplete
• ask us to delete your enquiry if you no longer want us to keep it
• raise a concern about how we’ve handled your information
